XR Meditation Content 'Dimension' Gains Attention at Tokyo XR Fair
DoubleMe, a company specializing in XR and AI convergence technology, showcased its XR meditation content 'Dimension' at the 'XR & Metaverse Tokyo Fair 2025 Autumn' held in Tokyo, Japan, attracting attention from the local industry.
Participating in the K-Digital Content joint pavilion organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), DoubleMe provided approximately 200 visitors with a 20-minute immersive meditation experience in both Korean and English over three days. The ability to achieve a complete XR experience on mobile devices without separate MR equipment received high praise.
Representatives from Rakuten and SoftBank expressed interest in future collaboration, calling it "the core technology of the XR wellness field."
Scientifically Based XR Meditation, Alleviating Depression and Aiding Physical Recovery
At this exhibition, DoubleMe also unveiled over 20 immersive contents, including the XR game 'Vivarium.' Vivarium was selected for the 'Best VR Headset Experience' category at the 29th Webby Awards.
The XR meditation 'Dimension' is not just simple virtual reality content; it is a digital healing solution based on scientific evidence. Users experience a three-dimensional integration of visual, auditory, and spatial senses in an optimized meditation environment through a headset, showing effectiveness in alleviating stress and depression, as well as aiding physical recovery.
The exhibition showcased high compatibility with MR and VR devices and an intuitive XR creation interface, attracting significant interest from local industry representatives. DoubleMe's technology garnered great popularity among visitors by real-time merging of physical and virtual spaces. Notably, the ability to achieve a complete XR experience on mobile devices without MR devices drew considerable attention from local representatives.

Kim Hee-young, CEO of DoubleMe, stated, "I personally witnessed how, even in the narrow and noisy atmosphere of the Tokyo exhibition, with uncomfortable chairs and bright lights, participants naturally relaxed their minds and bodies just 15 minutes after experiencing XR meditation. I could see them experiencing deep emotional healing in a short time." He added, "The scientifically based XR meditation helps alleviate depression and aids physical recovery. We will spread a new digital wellness culture that heals people's minds and bodies through XR and AI technology."
DoubleMe is expanding its business scope, recently signing a business agreement with the urban air mobility platform VONAER to introduce XR content for private jet customers.
A representative from DoubleMe stated, "Through the convergence of XR and AI, Korea can lead the global digital wellness market," and added, "We will grow into a company that provides practical value to people's lives."
