Once again, the deep breath fills Seoul in May. The global wellness lifestyle festival Wonderlust Korea 2026 welcomes audiences at the Seoul Culture Depot. Building on seven years of footsteps, the festival moves to a new stage and brings together yoga and meditation, Pilates, barre, running, dance, and mindfulness classes under one roof.
Korea’s Wellness Spring, Now in Its 7th Year
Wonderlust began in 2009 in California, the United States, and has been held in more than 20 cities worldwide, including London, Berlin, Rome, and Tokyo. In Korea, it opened its doors for the first time in Asia in 2019, and each year it has reinvented the “stage” of nature within the city—passing through Nanji Hangang Park, Gwanghwamun, Olympic Park, and Seoul Forest.
The festival’s message, delivered in a single line, has never changed. “Find Your True North”—find the direction of your most authentic life.
Summer at Seoul Forest, Shared by 8,000 People—Together in Breath
Last July 19 and 20, over two days, the Seoul Forest area in Seongdong-gu, Seoul was filled with the steps of about 8,000 people. Across eight stages, more than 80 classes flowed simultaneously, supported by a roster of around 300 instructors who moved between the main stage and the supporting ones.
Nua, Jaden, and Tara guided the mindfulness flow, and Mona’s flying yoga and Wooho’s bungee yoga were held at the nearby studio After Yoga, creating a path that connected indoor and outdoor spaces. Oh Yoon-ha’s Ballefit—where aromatherapy and electronic music blended into one rhythm—spread by word of mouth. Julie’s towel-work Pilates stood out as a rare program you don’t often find in Korea. Instructor Ji-hye Kim, who learned directly under Jae Geu-raim, a direct disciple of Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, presented authentic mat work, while Jo Joo-ho and Nana unveiled weight training focused on posture correction.
With the Green Lab and C’society near Seoul Forest handling indoor studio sessions, even in the sweltering midsummer heat, participants kept their own rhythm—moving between shaded areas, rehydration, and calm indoor spaces.
Breath Carried Into the Fall—Wonderlust 108 Seoul
After summer, on November 1 and 2, Wonderlust 108 Seoul took place at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul. At its center was the Mindful Triathlon, linking 5K running, yoga, and meditation in one seamless experience. Alongside it, Village 108 gathered small-group classes, and the Coola Market—where wellness brands came together—was also operated. Official partners joined in, including the meditation app Mabo, vegan beauty Prebites, and the reverse-aging brand ega, completing a route that spans recovery after workouts. Even on the grassy courtyard where the first chill settled in, warm energy flowed through those two days.
2026: Re-drawing My Compass at the Culture Depot
This year, Wonderlust Korea is moving the stage. Under the slopes of Maebongsan in Mapo-gu, Seoul Culture Depot—an industrial heritage transformed back into a cultural space for citizens—has been set as the new home. A space that blends round tanks, a broad plaza, and grassy inclines fits naturally with the flow of an outdoor festival.
A weekend where yoga, meditation, music, nature, and community connect into one current. The content designed so that the breath that begins on the mat seeps into everyday life will continue as faithfully as ever this year. Soft May sunlight, a circular plaza surrounded by reeds and grass, and people breathing together. Inside it is the moment when the festival becomes everyday life.

Wonderlust Korea 2026 early bird tickets are being sold exclusively at 29CM. Two configurations are available: a premium package that includes basic and selective classes centered on the main program.
