The All That Healing meditation centre in Mapo, Seoul, marks its sixteenth summer with an open celebration for its 16th anniversary and a meditation healing night on 8 August. The day-long schedule runs from 9.30am through to night, featuring Osho meditation and healing therapy, alongside live performances and a dance party.
16 years continuing from the Modern Active Healing Meditation Centre in 2011
All That Healing’s starting point was the Modern Active Healing Meditation Centre, which opened in 2011. The organisers said that since then they have continued providing time for meditation and healing to care for both body and mind, and that amid countless encounters it became, for some, a moment to rest, for others a time to recover, and for yet others a turning point that lets them breathe life into their lives again. They explained that this event is both a place to commemorate the time they have gone through and a festival set to reopen healing and sharing ahead.

Osho Mystic Rose to begin the morning, laughter, tears, and silence
The day’s programme is opened by the Osho Mystic Rose Taster, running from 9.30am to 1pm. Mystic Rose is one of the three major meditation and healing methods of Osho, originally conducted over three weeks, one week at a time, and it consists of three stages: laughter, crying, and silence.
The organisers introduced laughter meditation as a process in which laughter that bursts from deep within the body drives out muddied energies within, while crying meditation is described as a process that lets go of suppressed sadness, despair and tears. Silence meditation deals with the inner calm that arises after laughter and crying. At this stage, they guide participants to meet purity as clear as a sky with not a cloud. For this event, it will be held in a taster format that compresses the three-week process.
A mini healing fair and the afternoon opened with Ziberish meditation
From 2pm to 3pm, a mini healing fair will take place. It comprises three sessions: Divine Reiki (3 people, 30 minutes each), aroma emotion reading hosted by Elen a (3 people, 20 minutes each), and breath therapy hosted by Sananda—each a separate session. Places are limited, so advance registration is required, and bookings close on a first-come, first-served basis.
At 3.30pm, Ziberish meditation continues. It is a meditation method carried out every day for 365 days at Osho meditation resort in Pune, India. Osho has previously described this meditation as one of the most scientific ways to purify the mind.
African tribal therapy meditation and live performances
From 4pm to 5.20pm, African tribal therapy meditation will be held. Starting from the view that modern people who have become overly skilful and civilised need untamed energy, it is presented as a ground festival meditation that revives primal vitality and liveliness and awakens the thudding of the earth. It is a time centred on the sound of drums and movement of the body.
From 5.30pm to 6.30pm, performances by Mustang Sally and Ian John follow. Mustang Sally is a singer-songwriter who began her career in 2007 as a guitarist in the four-member female band Mary Jane, and formed the mixed-gender band Mustang Sally in 2013. She represented South Korea at the United States’ longstanding blues festival in 2020, and is currently playing guitar at Sinchon Blues. Ian John is a sound artist and an improvising musician originally from New Zealand, based in South Korea. He has built an original world of improvisational music and has planned and run performance projects with musicians both at home and abroad.
Performances continuing after dinner and the celebration dance party
From 6.30pm to 7.30pm, it is dinner time. Participants who have taken part in meditation and therapy throughout the day will gather around tables to talk.
From 7.30pm to 8pm, O! ga ga ba re: the performance group will present O! ga ga ba re: “Muji Mappu Showshowshow” (O! gar ga ba re performance). From 8pm at night, the celebration dance party will be held. The organisers said this time will be one in which freedom is not forced, no one feels suppressed, and no one feels guilt—when pleasure is fully allowed and seriousness disappears.
