A special forest has arrived to help Seoul forget the oppressive midsummer heat.
From August 15 (Sat) and August 16 (Sun), KIND FESTIVAL’s signature programme, ‘KIND MORNING RAVE’ , will take place at KIND SQUARE in Jongno-gu, Seoul. KIND MORNING RAVE is a new kind of morning culture programme jointly presented by the wellness music project PROJECT120130, the ESG culture and complex space KIND SQUARE, and the fragrance brand BELLA NUIT .
It offers a five-sense wellness experience centred on music, scent and space, proposing a new lifestyle in which people can feel nature even in the middle of the city and begin the day. KIND SQUARE, where the event is held, is an ESG culture and complex space of about 646 pyeong, spanning from the first basement level to the sixth floor and including the rooftop; Live With Co., Ltd. is in charge of planning and operation for the entire space.
An urban indoor forest where media art meets a forest theme
The basement level one floor that will host the stage for this KIND MORNING RAVE is set up as ‘Urban Indoor Forest’ , which combines a forest-themed space with media art. Even in the peak of midsummer, the indoor forest setting lets visitors experience music, fragrance and culture together, delivering a differentiated spatial experience from existing festivals.
At the event, music built around wellness beats at 120–130 BPM will play as people naturally move their bodies and feel healthy energy. In addition, BELLA NUIT fills the entire space with a ‘Oriental Hinoki’ scent, creating an aroma that evokes a cypress forest and a hinoki bath. With music and scent becoming one landscape, participants can experience a sense of immersion as if they were enjoying a party in the forest.
Wellness music project PROJECT120130
PROJECT120130 is a wellness music project that proposes a healthy lifestyle based on 120–130 BPM music that helps with slow aging and stress relief. It continues to present new cultural content that awakens the body and connects people through dance and music.
Over both days, DJs and live artists active at home and abroad will take over the stage.
On August 15, Coral the Animal, Sterling Silver, and Cityboy from Seoul with Guitar (Live) will perform, while on August 16, DJ MINJI, Grace Kim, and Vandal Rock will go on stage to make the summer morning even more special.
All participants will receive a KIND SQUARE eco bag, a range of wellness items, plus free coffee and bottled water. In addition, BELLA NUIT will give forest scent samples to the first 50 people per day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ahead of the event, an Instagram story regram event will also be held. If you share the official KIND RAVE poster to your story, winners will be selected at random and given gifts for a total of 10 people, including five BELLA NUIT perfumes and five diffusers.
