Program Content: Exploring the Inner Self with Singing Bowls and Nature Sounds
The 'Solitude Retreat' features two signature meditation programs.
The first program, 'Inaudible Places (Inner Sound Meditation), is a meditation exploring the inner self using singing bowls. Participants will have time to face their inner selves in silence through the vibrations and sounds of the singing bowls.
The second program, 'Sound Polaroid', is a meditation method that records and remembers the sounds of the forest sensorially. Participants will fully listen to the sounds of nature, such as the wind, rustling leaves, and birds, experiencing the process of leaving those moments as echoes within themselves.
Both programs aim for 'space instead of words, stillness instead of movement, allowing participants to experience solitude and tranquility at their own pace. The programs can be participated in voluntarily without compulsion, and will be conducted in a way that respects each individual's space while being together.
Operational Method: Small Group Integrated Retreat
This retreat will be operated as an integrated package including accommodation, meals, and meditation programs. Participants will stay at Chubosamrim for 2 nights and 3 days, completely escaping from daily life to focus on meditation.
Conducted in a small group, sufficient space and time are guaranteed for each participant, with the program structured to respect individual meditation rhythms. Meals will be provided by the organizers, and free time will be scheduled between meditation programs for participants to walk in the forest or have their own time.
Under the concept of 'Being together but not touching, solitude becomes a source of comfort, participants will have a unique experience where they can feel the presence of others while fully concentrating on their inner journey.

Park Kyung-hae stated, 'In the freedom of Chubosamrim, I was able to meet my most natural self,' revealing the motivation behind this program's planning. She expressed, 'For those feeling autumn, solitude is the deepest conversation I can share with myself,' and emphasized the intention to provide an experience where one can escape from the noise of the city and the weight of relationships, allowing the tranquility of the forest to speak and the inner music to flow again.
Especially, tailored for people feeling autumn in the month of November, the program focuses on facing emotions felt at the end of the season without avoidance, aiming to restore inner strength.
