8-Week Intensive Course 'Brain Keeping' 5th Session Starts
The signature program of Boriwoolrim, the 8-week intensive course 'Brain Keeping' 5th session will start in March. This course explores various meditation methods and seven habits that benefit brain health, and this 5th session is the last recruitment for this year. The next session will be held in 2027.
March Mindfulness Book Salon — 『All Lives Flow』
On March 23rd (Monday) at 7 PM, this month's mindfulness book salon will be held. The book we will read together is 『All Lives Flow (Petite Philosophie de La Mer)』, by French philosopher Laurence Deville. This book, themed around the sea, philosophy, and life, conveys the perspective that "just as the sea is perfect by merely existing, life is already valuable in itself."
New Online Dawn Meditation on Wednesdays
Starting in March, an online dawn meditation will be newly established every Wednesday at 6:30 AM for 40 minutes. It will consist of breathing meditation, mindfulness phrases, and loving-kindness meditation, designed as a time to quietly set the intention for the day.
Spring Walking Meditation Resumes — March 22nd at Daedohobu Gwanah
With the arrival of spring, outdoor walking meditation will also resume. On March 22nd (Saturday) at 4 PM, walking meditation, nature observation meditation, and seated meditation will take place at Daedohobu Gwanah. Participants are required to bring their own mats.
Regular Class Schedule
The regular programs for March include today's meditation, today's meditation 30*, Sunday meditation, mindfulness book salon, singing bowl meditation, and monthly walking meditation. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are regular holidays, and there will be temporary closures on March 1st and March 29th-30th.
All programs are conducted in small groups and may close early.
